Because I am constantly on health watch, I have developed a scoring system to help guide myself and others toward improving the quality of health which obviously translates to quality of life. I give points in several areas. Keep in mind this is a proprietory system. On my scale of 1-10, 10 points go to healthy diet. 8 points go to regular exercise. 6 points go to clean living (you know what I mean). Finally,
15 points (a bonus of 5) go to ridding stress. Yes, I am a proponent of stress being the single most negative factor preventing a holistic, healthy life. This is why I converted to infinite banking to eliminate the stress of dealing with bankers.
